    Fast Track completion for Farebrother

    Farebrother complete their biggest building project yet in Manchester. Andrew Hilton and his team have completed a major £6m, two storey data centre in the heart of Manchester in just 22 weeks. The team are proud with the building, the quality achieved and the superb contribution from the supply chain in achieving success. Andrew said "a success like this can only be achieved when the whole team pull together".

    Refurb Team Complete Complex Modifications

    The Farebrother refurbishment team have successfully completed the roof adaptation, installation of new roof supporting steelwork and completed a new upstand skirt to an existing Trocal plant room roof. With the use of a 350T mobile crane the team have also installed a new staircase and modular staircase housing to the 20 storey building. Well done to the team, the facility manager's said about this major milestone on the project; "Thanks for this, and thank you for your approach to the works on site. Farebrother have brought a professional and considerate approach to the ongoing project, which has been noted". The Enhanced Power works are due to complete in April.     ROSPA Gold for Farebrother

    Farebrother have again been awarded the coveted Gold Medal award for Health, Safety and Environmental standards in the prestigious Occupational Health and Safety Awards 2011. This is the 7th consecutive year that this has been achieved. David Rawlins, ROSPA's awards manager, said: "ROSPA firmly believes that organisations that have demonstrated their commitment to continuous improvement in accident and ill health prevention deserve recognition. Farebrother has shown that it is commited to striving for such continuous improvement and we are delighted to honour it theough the presentation of this award"
